We only ever want happy customers! We are so confident you’re going to love your products, but we know ordering online can sometimes be tricky, so we have created a generous returns policy.
We offer free size exchanges and store credits within 60 days. You can also return your activewear for a full refund for any reason within 30 days.
Please send an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number if you would like to return items.
Australia: We will provide a pre-paid shipping label to return your items for exchange or credit. For refunds, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
International: All returns (exchange and refund) are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you send back via tracked post or courier as we cannot be responsible for lost items.
- For hygiene reasons, water bottles and socks are not able to be returned or exchanged. Towels may be exchanged providing they are unused and in their original packaging (return shipping is the responsibility of the customer).
- One size exchange per customer (this can be multiple products if needed)
- Goods on sale are not able to be refunded but can be exchanged for a different size providing we have one in stock (this includes the use of discount codes).
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the goods back to your original payment method (you’ll be notified via email when this is complete).
- Products must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging, with tags still attached. Returns affected by perfume, body odour, deodorants or make-up will not be accepted.
- Goods that are faulty will be examined and replaced free of charge. Please contact us with any product issues within 48 hours of receiving your order.
